Inside HackTheHive 2025: What Happened?

HackTheHive 2025

The event kicked off with an enthusiastic welcome and briefing by the LearnyHive team. Participants, grouped into their respective teams, were given a few hours to ideate, develop, and pitch their tech-based solutions to the judging panel.

Each team was encouraged to pick a problem statement aligned with their interests, allowing creativity and relevance to shine. Topics ranged from AI-powered study tools and gamified learning apps to community-driven sustainability platforms.

Throughout the event, mentors moved across teams, offering guidance, helping clarify ideas, and ensuring teams stayed focused on outcomes. The collaborative energy in the room was palpable, with laptops humming, whiteboards filled with diagrams, and students passionately debating features and user flows.

Finally, the pitch sessions began. Teams presented their projects to a panel of experienced judges, which included startup founders, product managers, and technologists. The ideas were evaluated on creativity, feasibility, user impact, and presentation.

Winners and Recognition

After intense deliberation, one team emerged as the official winner of HackTheHive 2025, with two more being recognized as runner-up teams. Their ideas demonstrated clarity of thought, innovation, and a deep understanding of the user problem they chose to solve.

  • Team Members: Sadhu J, Thirtha Prasad C N and Yogeshwari S

  • Team Members: Pallavi S, Niveditha N and Lakshmi B V
